The Kapellenweg Biet is a classic theme hike by the Black Forest Club Pforzheim — created for the 75th anniversary of the Catholic deanery. It crosses the Biet plateau between Nagold and Würm valleys, linking historic chapels and churches from the 12th to 17th centuries. The marked route is about 21 km long, walking time roughly 5½ hours.

Official start is Hohenwart village centre: from the bus stop via Wilhelmstraße to the Holy Cross chapel, then with blue diamonds to Hohe Warte (573 m). Continue through Hagenschieß forest, past Schellbronn water tower and the forest climate trail — through Schellbronn with St Nicholas chapel, past the holiday village and wave pool towards Monbach valley.
Via the East Way (black-red diamond) you reach Neuhausen and Steinegg: Wendelinus chapel, Steinegg castle, castle chapel and Hamberg forest chapel. Continue via Mühlhausen to Tiefenbronn — destination is St Mary Magdalene parish church. A local bus runs back towards Pforzheim from there.

The trail is marked with blue diamonds — sturdy shoes recommended. From Schellbronn you reach Hohenwart in about 15 minutes by car.
